Yesterday

Yesterday I woke up at 11 in the morning and by 11:30 I was working out at our gym. I was really worn out by the elliptic machine though. I did a half hour on it and ten minutes on the bike.

In addition, the job I was hoping for at 181st and Stark has been cancelled. They decided to use the people they had instead of hire someone new. So I received a call today about a position at 121st and Division, so hopefully that goes through!

Stephen has been nagging me to clean the scale off, so I believe that will be my goal for tomorrow.

In addition...

As well, I checked out different runs/races in Portland and I believe I am going to do the Shamrock Run in March, so I can wear green :]

Did it!

So I came home and worked out. Which kind of most likely only happened because of Stephen talking me into it. I went to the workout room and both the treadmill and the elliptic machine were being used. I got on the bike and put it for thirty minutes. After about seven minutes, I decided to pull down my knee high socks and sadly the machine stopped itself. So I started it again at thirty minutes and did that, after wards I did a five minute cool down period. So technically I did more than thirty minutes, which is good, however I need to KEEP doing this.

My goal is to do another thirty minutes after cleaning for an hour once I am off of work. Wish me luck :]

I am going to start this...

Hello all,

I am hoping to finally create a goal and stick to it. My goal is lose weight before Christmas, I have talked it over with Stephen and I will be trying to lose 20 pounds by December 25.

My first small goals:
Wash off our scale so I can start weighting myself
Work out on Sunday for between 30 minutes to an hour
Research for races/5k walks at the beginning of the year

If anyone wants to join me OR wants to do a walk/race soon, let me know.
