I am going to start this...

Hello all,

I am hoping to finally create a goal and stick to it. My goal is lose weight before Christmas, I have talked it over with Stephen and I will be trying to lose 20 pounds by December 25.

My first small goals:
Wash off our scale so I can start weighting myself
Work out on Sunday for between 30 minutes to an hour
Research for races/5k walks at the beginning of the year

If anyone wants to join me OR wants to do a walk/race soon, let me know.

Thanks everyone for reading, I will let you know Sunday night/Monday morning if I actually worked out Sunday night.
